Default Transaction Error / encryption error when sending or replying to emails

Hello -

I have a user that has an 8830 Blackberry with a BES server getting a Transaction Error / encryption error when sending or replying to emails anyone seen this before?

Moved to BES Admin Forum.

I'm guessing the encryption keys have been messed up. You can go to Options >Security Settings >General Settings and scroll to the bottom and highlight the Desktop Services line and hit menu key and select "regenerate encryption keys." If that doesn't work, I'd try a reactivation. Was the device plugged in to an incorrectly installed Desktop Manager?

This is what I'd try. Maybe one of our BES Admins will have better advice for you.

Thanks for the Move.. I don't think it was plugged into a system with the desktop manager, I will have them try your suggestions.
