Question Calender Sync Disabled - Screwy.

Please Login to Remove!

This is kinda of weird. I have 2 users setup on BES. We are running server 2003 SBS and exchange 2003. All service packs have been install and it is BES 4.1.4

Both users can sync email fine, and outlook contacts fine. two way sync fine. When it comes to calenders, one user shows wireless calender sync disabled the other doesn't. I have verified the users have wireless sync on and I did the on/off/on save like usual.

Still one shows disable and the other enable. For some reason, the one disable can not receive calender items when inputed from desktop or send to desktop from blackberry.

The enabled one can receive from desktop, but can't send to desktop from blackberry.

This is only happening in the calender not anything else.

I will update to 4.1.5 tonight, is there anything else I can do?

Try deleting the Desktop[CICAL] service book and resending. If no luck there just remove/readd and reactivate. I doubt the BES version has anything to do with this.

I am having sort of the same problem. Exchange 2003 with BES Express, w/2 users on Curves. When an appointment is created in outlook, it wirelessly synch's to the Blackberry almost instantly. When an appointment is created on the Blackberry, it never reaches Outlook.
This is the first real issue I've ever had with my Blackberries, and it is stumping me. Any help/ideas? Should I look at a particular thread that I didn't find while searching?
