I was wondering if all data that is on someone's BB is also stored on the BES? If so, can it be viewed with some sort of text editor? I am looking to get all data from a particular BB that is activated on our BES. I am not sure if I would have to have the BB or not to get this info? Sorry, kind of new at this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Bes4.1.4/Exchange2003.

I know the answer to the first part of your question is yes...it's stored on the server during wireless sync. As to whether you can access it all.....Not sure. You could certainly activate another BB on that account and get all the data pushed down wirelessly. That would leave the user's original BB unactivated, though.

It all depends on what you are looking for and how your BES is configured. BES has the capability to audit call logs, PIN messages, and SMS.
