A user in my organization has a very old BB. I tried to activate him to our new BES using the USB cable. It says it provisioned successfully and everything seemed ok, but no emails were ever received on the device. Also, now everything he does on the device takes a few seconds to select and the hour glass appears as if it is waiting for something to happen, but nothing does.
Instead of troubleshooting this issue, I would like to simply remove all the BES references on the device since we are going to get him a new phone in a couple of weeks. If I simply remove him from the BES Admin and delete the service books on his phone relating to the email address will this clear up the problem?
