Default Few questions regarding email security

When using BES Server and Exchange, are the received or sent emails stored anywhere on Blackberry's server during transmission and is communication to and from the Blackberry server to my exchange server encrypted? If someone could possibly post a link that may have some of this language in it, it would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Short Answer:

No (unless you consider storing the end-to-end encrypted data during transit).
