Default Wierd Mail Issue

Hi

Im a bit of a noob at BES, heres my issue.

Had a call earlier from users complaining that they read mail in the outlook inbox, but the mail still shows as unread on the blackberry device.

This is also the case the opposite way round, read on device, still unread in outlook.

Mail flow is working fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried deleting the Desktop[CMIME] service book and resending it? Also, if you send them an email, read it on the BB then do a Reconcile Now, does the email reconcile?

What version of BES? Versions of MAPI32.dll on the BES and Exchange? How many users?

Have you toggled the Wireless Reconcile to OFF, saved it, then toggle it ON and saved it? Only new emails will reconcile after that.

Less than 50 users

Have done the wireless reconcile off/on as stated before

resent the service book made no change
