Angry Intermittent fault forwarding emails

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

We have a user that is having a problem forwarding emails on their blackberry. Getting a red X next to messages and having to send a few times before they will go. Occasionally getting message 'Mail box is unable to find the original message, if forwarding and replying please try again'

some days the blackberry is fine so leads me to believe its not a configuration issue. Im no expert when it comes to blackberry though let me assure you...

Any help would be really appreciated. I have access to BES server so can try anything.

Thanks

Default

You need to make sure that the message is still in the users mailbox and that the user has not moved the message to a PST folder or has deleted the message.

The bes is going to try and find the original message and then foward it. but if it is not in the users mailbox then it could have issues.
