Exclamation ATT Blackberry devices - Battery life - past 2 weeks

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone else noticed any of their customers complaining of degradation of battery life on their ATT Blackberry devices? I know this may be going a bit out on a limb, but does anyone think the "recent" upgrades of ATT's network may cause extra communication with the non 3g devices, or cause any other issues previously unforeseen?

Oddly enough, T-mobile devices seem to be unaffected. The ATT devices range all across the board, from 81xx to 87xx

Appreciate any feedback in advance

yesterday there were two fiber optic breaks in the at&t network, one in PA and one north in NY I believe. My phone was active about 50% of the time, but I get the sense it may have been "searching networks" more than normal.

Thanks PaCharger. I actually heard about that. I'd like to be able to find something which began around 2-3 weeks ago, maybe a bit longer. If anyone has any info/experience with this please post.
