Default Switch Device Without USB

Please Login to Remove!

I've got an exchange server running the 1 user professional software, and the USB port on my VZW 8130 has gone poof. I can charge (carefully) but no data sync. How can I back it up, and and restore it to the new 8130 thru my BES, or do I need to just reinstall all my apps & settings?

BES uses Wireless Backup, and all your data and settings will automatically repopulate the new device when you do a new Enterprise Activation for the new handset. Just set an activation password and EA the new device.

You'll need to reinstall any third-party apps manually, and the data for those apps is not included in the BES wireless backup.
