| 2x 8100 not synching outlook changes Please Login to Remove! We have 2 x 8100's that have started misbehaving about the same time. We are running 10x Blackberrys with a BES server providing access to our exchange 2003 environment. All other blackberrys are working fine, but these two units do not sync any changes made in the INBOX back to the outlook environment. Calendar / Contacts are fine. But if you delete or file a piece of email on the blackberry, it does not delete or file it accordingly in the outlook environment. However if you make the changes in outlook it syncs these to the blackberry.
On the surface it looks like a simple setting that is wrong, but there is no differences on the BES server between users that are working without issue, and the 2 that are not. We have hardware reset the devices and completely resetup the users in BES. The issue remains. There have been no updates to the BES server in over 6 months, and these users have been functionining fine for 12 months before this anomoly occurred.
We have checked all settings with Vodafone, and from their side of the coin everything is correct.
Out of ideas... please help. |
