Default Network connection for java application

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all !
I have Blackberry Professional Serivices (simplified BES) with Exchange 2003.
I have dafault configuration.

All sync works almost fine.
But:
I need to run on one of terminals (8800) internet dictionary Slovoed.
It use Java scripts to translate via internet.
When I start slovoed, I receive " Unable to connect to internet, please check settings for Java application .... etc.

When I turn off Connect services (MDS) on such user, slovoed works fine.
But after I restarted my server, it cannot connect to internet database.
So:
How can I be sure, that any java application on such terminal has unlimited connection to internet (direct connection from terminal).
I found some doc about this concept, but it has too huge information for me.
Help. Please.
