I recently switched all my devices to a new server and I am having an issue getting the devices to accept the new security policy. It only works on one out of three devices and that one is one that I wiped and re-registered. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

If you switch between BES that are not sharing the same DB you have to wipe it first.

Is there a way to back up txt messages and theme settings before wiping the device?
