Default BESAdmin mailbox, redirect email to admin mail box. Exch 2003 - 06-12-2008, 04:53 PM

I have users that reply to the activation requests.

Can I have the BESadmin mailbox to forward the emails to a differnt mailbox and not affect anything?

Create an Outlook rule to forward all messages, this shouldn't have any impact.

Outlook? and have it running all the time. Why not in exchange.

I was thinking in AD users and exchange general tab, forward mail to the address I want.

Yup, you can do this.

The BES Admin mailbox is used for transport; not permanent storage.

Personally I would set up a rule in exchange that prevents users from sending mail to the address.

You can hide it, and you can disable users from sending messages to it.
