|  Reinstalling Messenger, Help
Please Login to Remove! I have an 8330. Today, I took the battery out, and when I put it back in, Messenger was gone. Totally gone. Icon gone. Still shows in the Service Book, but that is it. And when I try to download it, it says what I pasted below. Please help.
This version of BBM is supported only by BB device software versions 4.0 and 4.1, if you are using a newer version of BB device software, BBM is already installed on your smart phone. If you deleted it, please use BB desktop manager to reinstall it. But I can't figure that out. |
