| So, I finally bit the bullet and paid the $249 to call RIM....
Get on tech support with them. Within about 10 min, they had it figured out that Sprint no longer had our phones provisioned to support BlackBerry services. Boy that sure is hard to trouble shoot from the server side! Turns out that half of our users are Sprint and half are assorited other carriers, didn't know that. So I called Sprint and they kept saying, nope its an IT policy. I said fine with me, just tell me how to fix it! She got RIM on the phone also and they said, nope, thats not it! Fix your provisioning. OH NOW I SEE, YEA THEY AREN'T PROVISIONED! And she fixed it. Boy that was an awful coincidence that it happend on our update wednesday....
Thanks for the help! |
