Hi - I adminster BES with Novell Groupwise - all has been working fine however this morning the server will not send out emails to the devices. The devices themselves can send emails no problem and I can send messages to the devices through the PIN but not via email.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Are all the services started? What is the SRP status on the BES? What happens when the users send email? What error do they get?
