Hi,

I am taking care of the bes 4.0.7 installed in my company integrated with ex 2000 s.p 2.

Now when i am trying to add any user it works fine but for one specific user it gives the error : "Failed to Add user to the blackberry server.Unable to open mailbox
for user. The user's mailbox may have been deleted."


I have checked on the exchange server the user still exists and mailbox is still in use.
Also i have checked for couple of things like :

In Exchange System Manager, at the Administrative Group level, enable the Exchange View Only Administrator permission for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service account. ------------------------- ok

At the Server and Mailbox Store levels, enable the following permissions for the service account:

Send As ---- OK
Receive As ----- OK
Administer Information Store. ----- OK

Can anyone help me with this what else could be the reason for it.
