Default Collaboration Service

Please Login to Remove!

Blackberry server version: 4.1.4 (Bundle 25)
We have a collaboration service that is blank in the view, it does have a service type: lcs and a host, but there is another collaboration service that has the same thing but the view is not blank and I believe is the "actual" live lcs/windows messenger as it has more information in service version and domain name. How can I get rid of the bogus one that someone created by mistake? I don't see any kind of delete and if I stop it's service, the correct one stops as well. Thanks

Nancy - Can you post a screenshot?

You might give a read through KB12429 - Removing the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, BlackBerry MDS Connection Service, BlackBerry Collaboration Services, or BlackBerry MDS Services for a decommissioned BlackBerry Enterprise Server

Thanks - but article seems to pertain to a server being decomissioned - this one is not, the boss just wants these things removed since they are not being used and I don't know how they got there - as I'm just taking over this job.

The article pertains to both removing an entire server but also specific components ... I just re-read it to make sure.
