Default Can you install latest service pack or do you have to do incremental?

Please Login to Remove!

We are currently running BES 4.0.2 (Bundle 11). We want to upgrade to the latest service pack 7. However do we have to install the ones prior? or can we just install number 7?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Welcome!

BES Service Packs are cumulative. You only need to install the latest to receive all of the updates provided by the previous service packs.

Upgrading to SP7 is good; upgrading to 4.1 SP5 would be better (but that's not free; unless you have T-Support with free upgrades).
