I had a server crashed last week I intalled our new Exchange server and then I put the server back on new domain. I have installed the BES on new machine as well. I got the prevous database is there any way I can restore the old database. On new server I am using the same BES version.

Highly unlikely given what you've done with creating a new Exchange server and new domain. While it is technically feasible if you have the same Exchange org, and you perform a recovery using the /disasterrecovery switch with Exchange ... and then do a restore of Exchange from a known good backup.

I'm going to assume this isn't your scenario; therefore, no.
