I've searched for a good two hours now and can't find the right information for this problem.

We are on BES and all users have 7100i devices. A user deleted an email on her blackberry, it is still in her outlook on our exchange server and the user wants the email pushed back to her device. How do I syn exchange with her blackberry so the email will reappear in her device?

You can't.

Just have the user send the email to themself and it will appear as a new message on the device.

Remove the user from the BES, wipe and re-activate; that'll get it back in original form.

...if the said email message is not older than 14 days or the 751st email message in the user's mailbox

Already thought of that, just wanted to know if a... "standard" method of doing it existed. I did not know if I could force a sync between the blackberry and exchange, or something similar.

Seems a bit harsh for this situation, but I'll keep this in mind for future reference.
