Default blackberry curve

Please Login to Remove!

I setup a new curve on my bes server.
wipe-out device.
entered new enterprise password and bb handheld device is not connecting
to server. I stopped and restarted the bes services.
anything else i can check?

is it provisioned by the carrier?
Which curve?
Which BES?

Methinks it sounds like a BIS data plan was set up on the device by the carrier instead of a BES data plan. Just a hunch...

I would agree with DarthBBarry.

I just had the same thing happen called Sprint and told them to make sure BES was enabled and 5 minutes later everything worked.

Make sure the antenna is extended on the BB.
