I have a user who cannot use sprint navigator when attached to the BES. She gets the following error message:
Your blackberry permissions will not allow Sprint navigator to function. Please change below permissions to allow before starting sprint navigator. Application will quit now.

If I wipe her blackberry and don't put her on the BES, Sprint Navigator works. My question is what permissions do I need to change in the default IT policy to allow Sprint Navigator to work?

Are you allowing 3rd party apps and connections to specifc IP's?

Go into the settings of sprint navigator and set it to use tcp/ip or bis. Bes is also a option.
