Device is AT&T 8300 running v18.104.22.168, platform 22.214.171.124, using hosted Exchange.
After a recent trial attempt to synch using PocketMac, I restored the device, did an enterprise activation and returned to Exchange. All synching is working fine (notes, contacts, tasks), with one exception...mail. It appears I'm only synching one way. Mail arrives on the device and Exchange at virtually the same time. I can delete a message on the device and very shortly thereafter, the message is deleted on Exchange. However, if I delete a message from Exchange using any client (Outlook, MacMail, Entourage, OWA), it does not disappear from the device...which is correct...but if I then do a reconcile from the device, it SHOULD disappear, but does not. This behavior didn't occur before I had to do the last enterprise activation. I've gone through the device settings a dozen times and find nothing wrong. I've resent the Exchange service books and done battery pulls. The only thing I haven't tried is another enterprise activation. Nothing else I've tried will get me back to the previous behavior. It's a real pain having to delete a ton of messages after I've already done that in a client.
I'm stumped! Any ideas
would be most appreciated.
