This is not possible. It's designed so that the users can pick and choose what folders they want synced to the device.

I don't know of any product that'll make this modification for you.

There is a process for this:

1. Open the Messages Folder
2. Click the trackwheel/menu key and select Options
3. Open Email Settings and click the trackwheel/menu key and pick Folder
Redirection
4. Select the folder you want redirected

This is a simple and quick process that does not need to be automated. This has to be done either by the BESAdmin on the BES or by the user. Either way it's quick and simple and not worth complaining about.

Sorry you pick on you but if this is to much of a hassle for you to do then you may not want to use BB.

Does the Calendar work from BB to Outlook at all or is it just when you add notes to the Calendar they do not sync?

Sounds like the One Way Calendar issue to me. This is caused either by mismatched cdo.dll versions between the BES and Exchange or Permissions.

Use this article to troubleshoot the issue:

BlackBerry Search Results

That should get it working for you.

The advice in the link still stands, your problem is most likely a mis-match with the versions of CDO.DLL.

Exchange 2007 is supported but you still need to have the correct version of cdo.dll on the BES and the BESAdmin still needsto have correct permissions.

Check those and correct anything that does not meetthe requirements.

Are your BES and Exchange the same machine? Did you check permissions as well?
