Default User stopped receiving email

Running BES 4.0 sp1 for Groupwise - user has 7290 BB w/ 4.0 OS installed.

A while back he stopped receiving his email and I tried several things to resolve it but none worked. I ended up doing a reactivation and that solved the problem but now this user is experiencing the same issue again a couple weeks later.

Seems to be the only one with this issue on a BES with ~95 users.

Anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

check the dispatcher log file to start with

Have you tried taking the battery out of the device and reinseting it ?

We had a problem like that and we removed the person from the BES and also reloaded the Blackberry OS. If you are not receiveing any messages in the error logs then I would look at RIM.

Those log files read like French to me, in the way that I took French in High School some 20 years ago and never used it since, if I try really hard I can interpret a few words here and there. What would an error even look like? or is there some kind of translation guide somewhere on here or on the net?

go to www.blackberry.com and read the public knowledge base and they have translation of logs

I'de like to know where that log translation is on blackberry.com because I certainly cannot find it.
