Default Blackberry alerts - Multiple messages

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I've got BES alert setup on our 4.1.5 BES servers to send an email for critical events. Strangely ever time we get an event I get 3 emails with the same information. Is this normal? Also I get alerted to every user that is added, removed or activated. Not what I would class as "critical" alerts!

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent SERVERNAME Agent 4 (Application Event Log on SERVERNAME) | 06/19/2008 12:58:14 (6FFFC3B6) -> [AUDIT] [email address] - User activated on the BES

Config:-

Server Event level - Critical
User Event level - Default

I'm guessing that "default" copies the server event level?

Thanks for any feedback, obviously not a big issue more of an annoyance!

Matt.
