Welcome to BBF!

What version of BES are you running?
What version of Windows?
What version of Exchange are you running?

Is the SQL database local or remote? and what version is it?

What changes made in Outlook are not syncing / reconciling with the phone? Email? Calendar? Tasks? All?

Hdawg, thanks for the quick response,

I'm currently running BES 4.0.7.8 on a Windows 2K3 server with Exchange 2003 Sp2. Using MSDE data that is local. The last thing that was updated on the server was Microsoft DST patch that caused an issue with the "Special" accounts sending email. I've since resolved that.

Hope this helps

If you enter contact and notes info within Outlook the handheld does not update, and vice versa if entering info on the handheld. Sending and receiving emails is working fine.

I would check the version of the Microsoft XML Parser that is intalled and I would also check the PIM Sync Global Field Mapping as well. Make sure that all fields are mapped correctly and that both sides are in English.

The 5602 means that it cannot parse the data, so field mappings could be off or the XML Pareser could be corrupt or the wrong version.

Currently running MS XML version 6.10.1200. Should I uninstall and reinstall this? Where would I go to check the PIM Sync Global Field Mapping? Would upgrading to 4.15 resolve my issues?

BES cannot use XML 6.0. BES 4.0 uses XML 4.0, BES 4.1 uses SP1 or SP2. Remove 6.0, install 4.0 and reboot.

Let us know how it goes.
