Default BES 4.1 SP5 update....

Please Login to Remove!

I have updated our BES to 4.1 SP5 from 4.1 SP3. Since that has happened, I have received many complaints of batteries draining faster then usual. Had a couple users replace batteries, but this is still occurring. No phone has any applications that did not come with the phone, all phones are blocked from downloading applications to the phone. Anyone out there heard of this before? I checked throughout the BES and couldn't find anything about the reconciliation changes to SP5 or anything. Any thoughts?

Welcome to BBF!

I've not heard of this happening with the 50,000 + HHs we support. Granted not all of them are on 4.1 SP5; but the ones that have been upgraded have not commented that this is an issue.

Server upgrade should not effect Battery life of a device. this is a new one. I have not had that issue.
