How to Back up BES Service Books
Please Login to Remove!
When I restore my device from an OS upgrade I must always do a sync with the Enterprise server. Then all the settings are downloaded to the Blackberry>
How can I restore these settings? Are they store in the Back up process via the desktop manager?

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)
Your settings are maintained in the BES sql config database by way of the Wireless Backup feature of BES.
When you reactivate you handheld on the BES, your settings will be restored.

Just to further clarify ... these are not related to Service Books at all.

So each time I do a OS upgrade I must manually connect to the BES and then sync wirelessly?

Currently, every time you upgrade a BlackBerry HH OS you must perform an Enterprise Activation to restore your BES functionality.
