We've got 21 handsets (all 8310's) exchange and BPS on the exchange server, users are complaining about handhelds not updating properly, the following happens;

New email arrives on the handhelds before it arrives in Outlook - which is good. If the user deletes the message or opens it, it takes hours or days to mark the message as read or to delete it on the handhled. One user in particular isnt able to delete anything from his handheld via Outlook.

All the kit is 2 months old and everything was setup at the same time so should be identical.

Any thoughts?

Perhaps post some data from your CTRL / ALRT logs that looks out of place.
