The device was had signal strength, and based on a previous thread, i deleted the desktop [CMIME] from the handheld and resent the service book... Still has the same error...which is when you click on messge to see the rest of it says:
"More request can not be completed. Service Book information not found... "

We have wiped the device, deleted and added the user account and reactivated the phone...

When you open that message and look at the Received field at the top, what does it show? If it says Unknown then the service book was corrupted and resending that will not fix it.

What if you try deleting the email and forward it to the user again.

I can't delete the service book [cmime] to resolve this?

It is on more than one email....

The desktop does say unknown...

On the phone with Blackberry Support....this is crazy..

Only way to resolve the error is to reload the operating system... It keeps getting the same corrupt service evidently...
