|  My Blackberry Professional thinks there are multiple servers in my BES domain
Please Login to Remove! I am running Blackberry Professional version.
I completed a knife-edge cutover from one server to another. Old server SQL and all BES services are stopped and disabled. I installed The identical version, 4.1.4 and am now trying to install service pack 4a and I keep getting the following error:
Setup detected more than one Blackberry Professional Software in the Blackberry Domain. This is not supported by SMB edition. Setup will not exit.
How do I see where it's looking to find another BES server? Is it in the DB or the BES app itself? |
