Red face need assistance

Hi friends,
i've been searching for something useful from quite some time but it seems i am not able to get it. Anyways, here are my queries in short:

1. I need to download and install a BES but didn't find a proper link to it.
Whatever link i go through, i find some BES update zip files or blackberry professional software archives.!!
2. I managed to find the video installation on BES but later figured out that i don't have the required archive to install BES from. Is BES and BPS(blackberry professional software) the same??
3. I need the download link to a free BES to currently experiment with and will decide on buying a full version when done with the trial one. Is it possible?
Atleast someone can give me a proper link to download the appropriate BES(i want BES 4.1 with all upgrades to be installed on a fresh machine i.e. no previous BES installed)
Any other information in this regard is most welcome.

Thanks,
Suz

Have you contacted Airtel? You can talk them to get you a trial SRP key for a full-BES version.
