I'm having some problems making the Monitoring server recognise the majority of the users as Initialised and Activated, even though on the BES they are looking normal and the service is running fine.

If I click on the Server name in the Tree Pane and scroll to the bottom of the View Pane, under Users Summary it's reporting BlackBerry Device Users: 6 and Filtered Users: 518

The definition of a Filtered User is:

"user accounts that are not initialized or activated on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. These accounts are considered filtered user accounts."

Anyone having/had the same issue?

Is it because I'm still running BES 4.1.4?
