Hi Folks,

I'm reposting this message here. I had posted on the 8800 board until a fellow user pointed me to this one. Anyway, I have a blackberry user that is an employee of my company. I am an network administrator so I have access to Blackberry Manager. Anyway, MDS has been disabled on his account for the second time. The first time I called Verizon and the lady pointed me to an article so that I could correct the problem and the user could get to the internet on his device. That solution worked like a charm. Problem is Verizon told me they couldn't help me this time and Blackberry wants to charge me for a solution that is right under my nose. So, does anyone know how to enable mds for an individual on the BES? We're running 4.1.5.26 Blackberry Manager.
