Default Stats gathering scripts

Hi, I've been working with our Blackberry team on ways to gather metrics for our company. We have a need to pull messages forwarded by either user or server by date (typically to get the last months info), but so far all I've been able to find is ways to dump the counters that show numbers since last cleared. Is there a way to query these by date? Thanks in advance.

Check out the BlackBerry Resource Kit. Lots of good utilities there to help with reporting ...

If you have a question about a specific tool post away!

Oh, and ... Welcome ; nice to have you here.

Thanks for the welcome. I've actually been using the resource kit to do a monthly dump of stats, and then using the difference with the previous month to give monthly totals. Lately though management, as they always do, wants more, such as being able to specify a specific date range to get stats from, and that's where I ran into problems.

I had started looking at the hidden folders in the individual Exchange mailboxes and what's listed there, but was assuming these list the mail still present in the mailbox that was sent to the handheld, so hadn't pursued a way to programatically grab those, unless I'm wrong on that. Was having a hard time finding information on those also.

Anyway, will dig a bit deeper. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This is tough as there is value in resetting the counters monthly (thats what I do) .. I suppose you could just capture the numbers every month and let it roll.

Free - check out the monitoring pack that was in SP5 as it does some decent reporting stuff and you can setup the management with a ID to run reports.

$$$ - Zenprise or Boxtone will give you greater reporting and eyes into your BES.
