Default Blackberry Professional Software users from Exchange2003 to Exchange2007

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Exchange2003-sp2 will be transitioned to Exchange2007-sp1 soon.

BB professional Software 4.1.4(bundle 108) runs on a member server (not the exchange2003 server).

Please what do I need to do so the existing users -now using BB and with mailboxes in exchange2003-sp2- continue to use the BB devices after their mailboxes get moved to Exchange2007-sp1?

thx

I'd say take a look at this kb:

Assuming you'll be moving all the mailboxes at once you can perform a knife-edge cutover too. Search the forum and you'll find plenty of data on knife-edging.
