Default BES Activation / Missing Icon

Please Login to Remove!

I am sure this is probably a silly question but I am going to ask it anyway. I just activated a user with an AT&T Curve that is using BIS as well. The two BIS accounts are visible but there is no main mail folder that would show all of the mail from the BIS accounts. Since that main mail icon is missing the user is unable to see any of the mail coming into their work e-mail. The BB did successfully activate. I am able to create new contacts and calendar entries wirelessly without any problem and have them show up in the persons Outlook.

My question is...How do I get the main mail folder back onto the persons desktop or is this something AT&T has done to the Curve? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

The icon is probably hidden, since it really can't be removed.
Choose 'show all' from the main screen menu and look to see if the icon shows up.
Then unhide it.
