We have 2 users who travel often. Running BES (v.?) the issue is upon them sending the email via blackberry, it is not received by the its intended receipient blackberrys. It is not until the next business day, and logging into their workstations that the receipients have the email from the boss. it does not happen all the time. but it happens frequently enough that it's not good.

the receipients have received other emails on the same day, hr as the msg sent from the boss. i'm thinking it could be a connectivity issue. however, it is relayed to Exchange, and thus delivery to the outlook client, so i don't know.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like these devices aren't connected via a BES as when you send mail on a BB through a BES it is sent as soon as carrier connectivity is provided.
