Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking of upgrading my current setup to SP5. ad I have a a question.

This is my setup:

3 servers

1 that runs SQL server (has a BES instance but currently holds no users)
1 BES server no Database in Mexico (exchange box is in Mexico)
1 BES server no Database in Argentina (exchange box is in Argentina)



the question is is there any particular order in which I have to upgrade thee servers?

also do my bb devices have to have a particular firmware?

The order in which you do the upgrade is not important. It is only important that when you do the upgrade on the first server the BES services are stopped on the other two servers. This will make sure that the SQL DB schema upgrade can complete successfully. For server number 2 and 3 this is not necessary.
Btw, which version are you servers currently running?

I'm currently running 4.1 sp4 bundle (25)
