I can not seem to confirm this from RIMs website, but is the Web Destkop Manager compatible with BPS?

i dont see why not. The database is the same it is just a different GUI. I would not put it on the same box, and make sure that you have tcp.ip and named pipes enabled on your sql server. Also make sure that you have your LDAP information ready for the install of Web Desktop.

I have a BPS box in my test lab, I will run the test for yah.

So I installed Web Desktop on my BPS box.

BlackBerry Administrative Service - NCC has successfully started.
BlackBerry Administrative Service - AS has successfully started.

https://fqdn.of.box/webdesktop/app -> works

sweet, and you installed this on the same machine as the BPS?

I am only asking because i was thinking of putting it on the BPS with the MSDE database that is there to.

Otherwise I am not sure where else i would put it. LOL

Yah I had BPS installed on a w2k3 SP2 box with local MSDE database. I then installed Web desktop on the same box.
