I was told to run this tool when you move a user to a new exchnage server.

here is the problem. I can not provision a new user on the new server. I have the besadmin acct with send and recieve as permissions on all the exchange stores and veiw only deligation from the exchange org. The Mapi32 and cdo.dll's are all the same, just won't except any new users.

I have not run the handheld cleanup tool yet but I will tonight.

Any ideas? Can you also tell me what to expect from running the handheld cleanup tool? Remember I have never run it before.

Just to be clear, you cannot activate any users on the new Exchange Server. Then permissions are incorrect. Try running IEMSTest against users on that server. That will let you know if the permissions are working or not.

If permissions are fine then give a better description of where the EA fails.
