After solving a calendar synchro problem (the cdo.dll versions were not the same on Exchange and on the BES), the new entries created on a blackberry appears on outlook, and the new ones created on outlook are also creatd on the blackberry.

BUT:

Are the old entries synchronized on the other side ?
Are the old cyclic (periodical) entries synchronized on the other side ?

My recommendation would be that anyone experiencing a problem after you now have the server-side issue resolved, wipe out their local calendar database and resync it.
