Default 4.1.5 Upgrade Problems

Hey there today i upgraded both our bes's i have came accross a problem that half the users are working fine but the other half the it policy is stuck in received. I am running 4.1.5 with exchange 2003. I'm not really sure what to make of this i haven't been able to find out much info about this problem.

sometimes it is just best to wait a bit. If you had a lot of users on the BES it might take a while for the ITAdmin service (policy) to process the new services books and or IT Policy re-sends.

There is only like 90 users on one of them and 40 on the other.

have you tried resending the service book to those users?

yeah i still just gets stuck as received. i looked at the logs and it shows the phones processing the stuff fine no errors or anything. the bes thinks its still sending mail to the devices but nothing is showing up on the other end. it went for 40 now down to about 12 users that have this issue.

Restart the BES ... and then start looking through the logs; starting with ALRT and CTRL
