Hello need some help asap got a user here today who brought a french blackberry and BES, now hes in the UK today ready for me to setup but wireless sync doesnt work, any ideas how i ca get this to work or does he have to be back in paris?

Does he have signal? Can you send/receive PIN messages or browse the web on the device?
