Newbie here, and I have searched but can't seem to find the correct answer or process if available.

I have recently installed Blackberry Professional Server on its own dedicated server. I would like to install the manager software on my laptop so I can manage it remotely with out having to RDP into the server. I know it can be done on BES, can it be done on BPS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

never tried, I like RDP though. It is faster than my KVM with monitor res change.

I've not used BPS, however does this work? KB13090 - How to install BlackBerry Manager remotely

I looked at that KB hdawg, and it talks about role administration, i couldn't find anything within BPS about role administration.

Am i missing something?
