My main challenges with administering BES is the mail often dissappear in the blackberry device. so i'm thinking of logging the activities of every users. Is there any tools that can be used to track down the deletion of the mail? such as, logging the time of mail deletion, who initiates the deletion, etc.. guys, your suggestion and opinion is highly appreciated. thanks a million.

i want to log every deletion that took place on the device. it can be the deletion initiated by the users on the phone itself, or it can be deletion on the desktop that sync with the device. i need to know what is causing the mail deleted itself..

There is no easy way to get it neatly. You can use the BRK tool MessageFlow which will help show when messages get processed ... but there is no easy way to get this data.

If it's not deleting out of their physical inbox and just off of the blackberry, they're probably just running out of space.
