Default Distribution Groups

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

We have a load of engineer users who want us to create lots of distribution lists full of external contacts that will regularly change. I dont want to have to do this as Exchange distribution groups because of all the admin time spent modifying all these groups.

The ONLY other solution I can see is for the Engineers to create distribution groups individually on their Blackberries. Obviously this will be a lot of work for the users and mean that we dont have any control over their dist. groups.

Am i missing something, is there an easier solution to this?

Regards,
Anthony

Distribution Groups do not sync from Outlook to Handheld.
You'd need to create them manually on the device.

You are right. The only way to do it is either in AD or the users handheld.
