Default Connect to BES using simulator

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to have a few users connect to our BES test server using simulator. somehow I am not successful. I am not successful so far.
Could Anyone help with what needs to be done to successfully connect a simulator to BES server.
BES Server 4.1.3 MDS service

I believe these are the steps I used:

How To - Connect the BlackBerry Device Simulator to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

I have a simulator on my PC, and I have an Outlook profile set up for the account that I activated on the simulator. I had to make sure I clicked 'No' when I was asked if I wanted to switch to the new PIN, too.
